励志青年徐泽使用虚拟现实技术创业，沉浸在虚拟世界中的徐泽迷茫而躁动，美丽的甜甜接近徐泽，要骗取他价值不菲的虚拟货币。徐泽的真诚感动了滑向犯罪深渊的甜甜，也挽救了他们的爱情，他们携手一起投身于社会公益事业。
美丽玩具公司有一对奇怪的上下级，担任总经理的林茜（徐帆饰）精明干练，是不可多得的女强人，而吊儿郎当、经常迟到的设计师苏洋（孙兴饰）却是林茜的丈夫。只不过夫妻俩此前签过协议，在公司他们不能公开夫妻关系，凡事公事公办，八小时之外下班后苏洋便可以抖起丈夫的威风，作威作福。看似有些怪异的协议，倒也让夫妻二人的关系和谐温馨。当然，在旁边人不知情的状况下，各种突发状况相继出现。公司内的美丽女职员文燕（余彬饰）对苏洋颇有好感，令林茜打翻醋瓶子。苏洋与公司的新客户陈绍宇（张嘉译饰）相交，谁知对方一直寻找的初恋情人竟是自己的老婆。妙趣横生的故事接连上演……
